Total SCAM, horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Dropped off suit jacket and was quoted $45 only to be told at p/u it was $85. Was told management would review and get back to me, after 4 phone calls I was given a measly 20% (their normal promo offer). They are holding my jacket hostage not willing to admit their mistake or make things right. AVOID

Rude Scam Dry Cleaners. Total Rip off Scam

Door to Door Valet Cleaners is Total rip-off, charged me $20 for dry cleaning a basic shirt. I was upset and then by chance my brother went to same place and they took his shirt and lost it. They Never replaced and did nothing. These guys dont do work at the place and they lose the clothes. Dont trust the scam family pictures on the website they will over charge and then lose the clothes and not replace. I will never us the door to door valet cleaners ever and hope no people go use them after me and my brother got scammed.

Door to Door valet Cleaners is a total Rip Off. The above person is right and very happy I'm not alone with the thinking. They used to be a small company owed by the father I think but the new people who own it or family member doesn't care about anything but money. I was going to them for over 8 years and then a few issues happened in the last year with my clothes coming wrinkled and each time they blame me. they also faded a sweater and the final straw I talk to the manager she said she knows the sweater and she knows it was faded when I sent it to her. She said nothing owner can do. Makes it hard as I try to be loyal but my history didn't even matter. I would never go back and have to not recommend them. This cleaner is too big to care for the long time customer. Very glad this is being reported because of the so many locations they can hide that they have bad service and problems.
