Please read and do your research before ordering from dope phone cases! Don’t make the mistake I did. I have ordered from dope phone cases before 2018-2019. I ordered this year thinking I would get the same order fulfillment. I ordered on 10/29/2023 I didn’t receive a tracking number. I have reached out via email which the site states & all I get are automatic responses. I have reached out via instagram NO REPLY! At one point the company was active on instagram and still ignored my message about MY ORDER! Scam, scam, scam. Save your money & DO NOT ORDER FROM DOPE PHONE CASES. They will take your money & not fulfill your order.

I have been waiting over a month for my phone case. They were real quick to process my credit card and take my money day of purchase but NEVER sent me what I paid for. I have reached out to them several times now and I have got NO reply. This is a scam and quit frankly should be shut down off the internet! Horrid!

Please do not purchase.. This site is a scam you will not receive your item and you will not get a refund. They will give you the run around by stating due to covid-19 and then tell you the truck will arrive this week. Awareness is key pay attention. Contact the BBC.

I've waited nearly half a year for my phone case and when they finally reached out to me, I told them I don't need it anymore. I requested a refund and they refused to give it. This business a scam. Never buy from them. They don't deserve anyone's business. In fact, they deserve to be arrested.

I have been waiting for my phone cases for a whole month and I ordered my cases last month in the beginning I keep reaching out to these people on a social media emailing them and no response it has been 20 emails gone out to them and Soto I don’t know what else to do but I recommend people to not buy from them they scammed me out of $165

I ordered a phone case from these people on November 12, 2020 for my granddaughter. They quickly took my money but have not sent the case. I emailed them and after two weeks they claimed they didn’t have anymore of that item in stock. I had my granddaughter pick out another and now there is no response today’s date is December 19 2020. Do not order from these people they are scam artists and should not be allowed to be online. This is 38.00 that I will probably never see. They should be Locked Up!.

I ordered a case and an AirPod case 2 months ago and I just received it today 7/2! The phone case was fine but the AirPods case looked like it was melted. The casing was lifted on the corners and there wasn’t an apparent design on it anymore, like it just rubbed off smh. No communication until after I emailed 6 times, sent DMs and even called to leave voicemails. Scam of a company. Buyers beware!

I order 2 cases which in total became $50.04 almost 2 months ago. I emailed and called which they tell you to do and didn’t get no response at all. I finally get a emailing saying my order has been shipped (a week ago) but they shipped it to a different area so i tried to get in contact with them... no answer (mind you i live in georgia and the company is based in atlanta so i should’ve been received it) and then i got in contact with my local usps and it’s nothing they can do about it so here i am now..scammed out of $50. They only time they’ll really give out a case if you have a huge fan base so you could promote their business.

Order from this business twice once on April 23 and another on May 10. My first order has yet to be shipped or anything I have no clue where that case is. The second case I ordered on May 10, I received it on May 16, the weird thing about it is that my first order tracking number was placed on my second order and now I no longer have a tracking number for my first order. I have emailed them 4 times and called twice with no response it's been a month and they have a no refund policy. The most frustrating part of the whole ordeal is that they are constantly on Instagram saying that they will resume customer service, but I have yet to receive an email from them concerning my issue.

Don’t order. Scam. They will have you worried about your cases for months. Horrible customer service. Only send out cases to famous people for they can gain attention but do not care about regulars.

I recently found their phone case page on Instagram. Through Instagram I ordered a $35 case. It came to a total of $40. I recieved a confimarsyion email from the he website which is regular. After a week I was concerned because I did not receive an email informing me about my shipment . After that I searched on Instagram for their page and it was completely gone . That’s when I became concerned about my money. I just wanted to buy a nice looking phone case.
