My Order with dorado fashion

On September 09, 2022 I placed an order with this company.
I ordered a name necklace and also some earrings. After placing my order I was watching their videos on tiktok and doing my thing then i saw a comment saying that they want an update on their order and i got scared. So i started doing some digging and i found this website with bad reviews.
I asked to cancel my order about 2 days later but they already starting making it so they couldn't cancel my order because its personalized. I decided to give them a chance.
It took about 2 weeks for my item to be delivered. I was worried that it wasnt going to arrive but then it did. Right in my mailbox in a padded envelope. It was shipped from New York.

In 100% honesty i was about to call my card when they said they started production on it and couldn't cancel it because it was too late but i decided to give them a chance.

When i opened the package it came in a white box saying Dorado on it. I think they rebranded or maybe have a new owner because it looks nothing like this profile on this website. but the packaging was high quality and so was the necklace.
I wear it all the time and I've gotten so many compliments on it.
I decided to order some name necklaces for my niece for her birthday coming up. They email you and let you know how long it takes for the designing and stuff so i ordered it early to ensure it gets her on time.

Anyways i wanted to share my experience and let y'all know that this company is legit. the item came on time, customer service replied in 1 minute, and the quality of the necklace is perfect. I give this company 5 stars and i think this company will do you right.

If you're having second thoughts about ordering like i did, i recommend you give them a chance because their customer service is very responsive and my order came out perfect.

If your item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, it could be because of an incorrect address. (File a claim with USPS)

Dorado fashion should be investigated they’ve scammed a lot of customers including me. I have the order number and the emails we’ve exchanged until today they’ve never sent my order from last year that cost £94 please stop this scammers.

Dorado Fashion is a scam. They are not a real company. All their products can be found on Aliexpress. When you purchase an item from them, let’s say for $39.99- they then go to Aliexpress and buy the same product for $3 and Aliexpress will directly ship it to you. Why pay $39.99 when you can buy the same item for $39.99. If you want to buy any products from Dorado Fashion, simply go to Aliexpress.com and type the name of the product , for example “ custom necklace” and walls, you can buy it directly. Never buy from scam artist Dorado every again. See the picture below ( this is from Aliexpress)

I ordered myself a name necklace I’ve been wanting for some time now. I ordered it in the beginning of February. It’s now March 9 and I’ve not received the item I paid for let alone had any response as to what the status of my order is. I’ve emailed the company multiple times just to get the same generic response that due to covid they are experiencing shipping delays. MY ITEM HASN'T EVEN LEFT THERE! Status shows it’s in the “testing and polishing stage “ I call bu@@s@@@! It’s said that for two weeks now! I’ll never order from there again! Give me back my money now!

Hello, we stated on our website before Valentines day that orders placed after January 22nd will not be shipped until after February 24th due to a restock in materials.

I usually do my research when I shop online! This is my first experience dealing with a company that's a complete fraud! I ordered three necklaces and never received a confirmation number or email but my credit card was charged! I have yet to receive my necklaces or a reply from support. I have emailed, sent DMs and nothing! Listen to the reviews and don't use this company!

If you read all of these complaints it’s all the same experiences. I placed my order On November 21,2020. I received a email stating my order was on it’s way, it was assigned a tracking number and was moving steadily until November 29, 2020. And this it what USPS tracking states:

It is now December 21, 2020 and I have received nothing no response to my emails nothing. This was a Christmas Gift. Not happy at all.

This problem has been going on long enough with your company that you Dorado Fashion, that you can update your web site to make all of your customers aware that there might be a delay in shipping.

But I feel that you are a scam company, and you only respond to these complaints to save face to make people believe you are trying to resolve the problem. But you are not!

Please beware of this company research first.

Dorado Fashion is a home based business which is created on Shopify. Its a one man show and he advertises on Facebook to lure in potential victims. Once a customers buys a product , he then logs on to aliexpress.com and purchases the same product. The supplier from Aliexpress will send the product to your address. Aliexpress suppliers are based in China , which is why your products takes 3-4 weeks to be delivered. So in short, this home based business owner does nothing much. You order, then then makes the same order on Aliexpress and sends it to you. He pockets a few hundred percent of profits for a 20 seconds job. If you are really interested in the products , go to aliexpress.com and search for the same products. You can get it for $5. The exact same product but way cheaper. Why get scammed by this home based business who does nothing? Read all those reviews below. Zero customer service. You can get the same thing on Aliexpress.
