I received email at my company email stating the person is hearing impaired and could not contact me by phone. He stated he has a house to design with different spaces and rooms to design, and he requested that I tell him what credit card I use to make the transfer of the money (without me telling him how much). I responded to the email and ask him to provide his address and the project address, he did, but it does not look like a real project for the following reasons:

1-He keeps asking for credit card information

2-The person lives in apt. and has a suppose budget of $3M to design the project

3-Location of project does not match the square footage or photos he sent over
