Scammer created a mirrored image of a Facebook's friend's profile. Sends friend request. Upon accepting the friend request you start receiving friendly messages, then they turn into I received a DHHS grant and saw your name on the list. Call the number to claim. From here it seemed suspicious so I stopped communication and reported to Facebook. See attached screenshot
