I tried to order their Enchanted Galaxy Rose as a Christmas present and after I paid I recieved a confimation email saying I would be notified when my order has been processed, but it has been 8 days since that email and the confirmation email stated it take 2-3 buisness days. I then emailed their support email, 3 times, and they have yet to reply to me....Please think twice before purchasing anything from them!

The rose bears are garbage. Total bait and switch. The product is cheaply made and falling apart. You pay for overnight delivery and your product doesn’t come for 2 weeks. They don’t respond to emails. They erase all bad comments on their website and social media. They use total bait and switch tactics with pictures and intial confirmation when they take your money. Stay away from this company.
