On or about February 21st,2020 I ordered 1 Galaxy Enchanted Rose from Doses Of Roses website. I paid the company through my credit card Comdata card & I was given a email letting me know that my order has been placed. I selected regular 5-7 day shipment. On or about February 25th,2020 I received a email reading that my order has been sent to the address I provided the company. I asked my roommate if my package has come to the home & he responded"their is no package deliver here". I then reached out to the Doses Of Roses contact through via email & I adviced them that I haven't received my package but I got the order number & tracking number, I also screen shot the package number & tracking number sent it to their company to show them my proof of purchase. I was contacted through email by Doses Of Roses that "my request is being reviewed my staff". In this matter I would want my reimbursement in the amount of $53.57.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Wish I looked into this before I purchased. Bought galaxy roses almost two week's ago for a valentine's day present because their website claims they ship in 1-3 business days. They don't have a phone number and do not answer their ONLY email, I have sent multiple emails on multiple days, even tried social media and nothing. Customer service is non existent. Ordered and never got any confirmation or shipping information but of courses the payment went through asap. I spent a lot of money and can only hope I will be able to get a refund from my credit card company. Place is a joke, do not believe the fake reviews saying it's real.

I ordered items off the website and didn't receive any information on tracking or anything went digging a little deeper and found out this is a scam so buyer beware.
