I tried to but a car from a private party, Frank Mosher. We agreed upon a price, he asked me to register with Double Z Auto sales. I received an invoice and wiring instructions. I verified funds were received, the car never showed up, no return phone calls, emails or text. This duo have done the same thing to other people. In your upload it only allows one document. I have many documents.
