They offer discounted garden decorations. I ordered something from them 2 months ago and still haven't received it. They will not refund me or do a discount it.

I purchased a garden decoration for my mom for Mother's Day. Since I placed the order a month before the holiday and because they were sending shipping updates (attached) I did not feel it necessary to reach out to them at that time. Mother's Day arrived with no delivery, but I was still receiving tracking updates (however unusual) from them so I thought at least she would receive her gift soon. As a teacher, it was another month before I had time enough to think about it, and when I did reach out to the email listed (the only contact info provided by their site) the responses appeared to be automated until I mentioned reaching out to your bureau. Even then though, the responses were, at best, unable to grasp that the situation needed to be made right from their end. And eventually the responses went back to being automated. I have still received no plan to resolve this. Under expected delivery date it says "Unknown." The tracking number, which also shows all of the transit notifications that would not all fit in the image I attached, is 3065317908838400218. Hopefully the website and number help to make the situation clear. It is an unacceptable approach for a business to take, so I felt the need to reach out to your bureau for the first time ever. The money is not worrisome, but the taking of customer payment and showing no ability to provide service or proper communication is unacceptable.
