I was looking to purchase Microsoft Office 365. I just assumed I was buying it through Microsoft. After I bought it I tried to install it. It connected right to Microsoft and after multiple failed attempts I contacted Microsoft chat line. They informed me that this code already existed and had been pirated. After checking out the company I realize that this is their MO. I cancelled my credit card so hopefully, I won’t have to contest this.

I was looking for an MS Office version since the one used by my son associated with his college had expired.

I looked on the web and unforunately came upon www.MinuteDownload.com

They look legit and even have 4.8/5.0 customer rating b. s.

I bought a version of MS office and gave my billing info to get a version that can be downloaded online.

I did get a download but the product will not install, even after removing the old MS office.

Their "support" phone number is one M-F 10-5pm Easter but is never on and no voicemail

The send us a message and we will call you is a but of crap as well.

There instruction online on how to get Microsoft to allow your download to function is a total fabrication

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I am out $60+
