I was scammed too but previously they used the name on their website as evertiny pomeranians.us then they changed it to minipompuppies.com then fowntownminipom.com and now another website. This is getting ridiculous. They continuously keep scamming innocent victims. They should be brought to justice.

My scam was at heavenpomeranianpoms.com which apparently is “affiliated “ with Downtown. The same scam, the same email from “Fidelity” shipping wanting exorbitant $999 for 1 to 6 lb pups. Can we take this scam down? I lost $600..I could upload the emails I received, but they are duplicates of those already uploaded. So wish we could band together. And burn this scam!

I also was scammed by the same sites listed above with the same emails, the same “Fidelity” shipping scam wanting “insurance” payment for delivery. Lost $600. What can we do! Can we band together to shut them down and bring them to justice!

I'm back, the puppy I ordered from downtownminipom.com turned out to be a fraud. I lost $850.00; they wanted me to pay $990.00 for insurance. downtownminipom.com is also heavenpomeranianpups.com. Email: [email protected]. They went through Fidelityexpress.com.

downtownminipoms.com also owns heavenpomeranianpups.com and yes, I do believe that they are scammers. I got the same identical text when I inquired. When I asked if they owned both websites, they never got back to me. I tried contacting the about Bella (female pomeranian); they FINALLY sent me a text message that said that they live in Pittsburgh, PA with their family and they ship these pups from their home to your home using a lap delivery nanny immediately after payment is confirmed. But when asked for updated photos and videos of her, they never got back to me (that was downtownpom.com). Two weeks later I was researching attempting to locate another Teacup Pomeranian and found the website heavenpomeranianpups.com, after inquiring, I got an EXACT text message from them like downtownpom.com...When I asked why they never got back to me, they apologized and informed me that heavenpomeranianpups.com was the updated website...but what was really mysterious is that none of the puppies that were on downtownpom.com were on heavenpomeranianpups.com's website. I then asked was Bella (female Pomeranian from downtownpom.com) was still available, they said, "Yes." So the big question is, why aren't the puppies from downtownpom.com on the heavenpomeranianpups.com website...if it doesn't feel right, then chances are it isn't right!

Visited their website offering miniature Pomeranian puppies for sale. Purchased 2 puppies to be flown via major airlines and a service delivery company would pick them up at my airport in Denver and delivery them to my door. Paid $1500.00 via Zelle. Received confirmation from the delivery company - Service Fidelity Express - confirming the pups were in transit and would be delivered to my home at 6pm. Shortly before they were supposed to deliver I got another email stating the pups had been held up by the "Custom Department" in Burlington, Iowa and would not let them go through at transit because the pups needed to have an insurance policy license - which I could pay an additional $1,980.00 and 95% would be refunded at the time of delivery. This was another scam to get even more money from me.

We found the web site Downtown Mini Pom while searching for a small dog. My husband contacted him to see if Luna was available she was a small mini Pomeranian. After going in circles trying to pay for the puppy we got a confirmation the puppy was shipped and then in the middle of the process They requested $990 for the pet insurance. We tried to talk to the business owner who would not answer the phone, have multiple text messages arguing with them that this was not the part of the deal. It was never explained during the purchasing process. We called the airline and they confirmed that all of this is done in advance and not in the middle of shipping. So this is a total scam. We are now in the process of trying to get our money back. Please find these low life self absorbed and shut them down.
