My daughter went into Dow’s Honda to have the air conditioner looked at for our 2016 Honda Civic. They told her their machine to charge the a/c was not working, however for just 130.00 we will look at the car to make sure that’s all it needs. She called her father who said how can they test the a/c if their machine was down. My husband thought something was so called a mechanic, mechanic said you are being scammed as there would be no way at all they can check the a/c if the machine was down. He then called my daughter said go get the car. Now Dow Honda is refusing any of our phone calls as they know they just tried to take advantage of a young girl. This is deplorable business practice, we were lucky we did not loose money but how many other people have!
