Doyle Tree Service LLC is a scamming business engaging in unlicensed activity, not paying their share of federal/state of hawai'i taxes. Claims orally and listed on their website advertisement to be a member and certified International Society of Arboriculture ISA, but is not. The credentials for Jon Doyle was not listed on the ISA website as a certified member which is against the ISA rules of ethics and code of conduct, a violation of their trademark/logo usage. This business is going out there on the island of Maui stating they are "professional" and an "expert" at tree removal in which it appears they do not even follow the guidelines set forth by the ISA standards for safety, ethics, etc. The business and its owner is unfair and deceptive in how they engage in business and gets people to sign contracts with them. The website also states 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which is not true because we were not satisfied when a big eucalyptus tree fell onto our home due to their negligence and reckless, rushed, and careless work. This company is a scam and fraud. They are not licensed in the state of hawai'i and was administratively terminated.
