Additional email used [email protected] by the business. The Website featured a blowout sale of mobile scooters limiting 2 per customer. Following several correspondence due to no activity on the tracking number provided I was told a partial refund would be issued due to inconvenience and the package would arrive soon and I was given a different tracking number. No refund was issued, however I received 2 small mirrors from the above address with the tracking number matching that which was provided recently. The new tracking number now shows delivered however on the web still shows the product I ordered as shipped with no tracking update. I would like to report this as a possible fraudulent transaction. When searching the internet I now see there are several sights using this same ruse.
