This is the second time we have received a similar email. Has always been a “Dear Contractor, I am Dr _____, I live within the city, a relative referred you to me and I see you are competent and capable in fixing my damage pipes and installation of air conditioners, please kindly email me so I can forward pictures of the exact product I would like to use. Regards Dr. Brad.” This is the second time something very similar has been sent to us.

The first was an incorrect zip code for the city they were looking to have work done. Replied to the email. Was sent an Adobe Acrobat Sign document. We did not open the document. Asked for the city that the project was in and was told it is all in the pdf sent. The way this is going I can see we have a lot more of these to deal with in the future.
