The business called Native Roots Dispensary gave me a phone number (970-363-9635), stating this was the Doctor the dispensary recommends. The phone number texted me asking for sensitive data and wanted to FaceTime me as the doctor's method of communication. As FaceTime is not HIPAA compliant, nor have I found the doctor anywhere online other than their own website, I suspect this is medical license fraud.
