Dr Cool came to our residence to repair our heat pump on 5-9-2019. We have Homeowners ins were we pay the company that comes out 75.00 We paid the 75.00 Dr Cool ( Brad Sanford ) He talked my husband into a service contract were he would come to our house 2 times a year to perform maintenance on unit for 149.00. We gave him check for 224.oo .75.00 for call plus 149.00 for contract. The unit broke called DR Cool he did not come back to fix.Have not seen Dr Cool since we 5-9-2019. Have contacted him by text several times..He emailed us a recipet for 75.00.nothing about the 149.00 He is not a honest person. We will be going to court to get our money back.
