Type of a scam Phishing
2. I contacted the individual.
3. The individual emailed me an application form.
4. The individual replied less than 10 minutes later stating I was approved for a $200k mortgage with 2% APR and no credit check. The form required me to supply my banking and financial information and Driver's license.
5. I emailed the individual and asked him to Skype. He refused but gave his tel. number
6. When I called, the individual was unprofessional.
7. I refused to respond to his emails on the next day wherein he asked me why hadn't I answered his emails and guaranteeing that he would be able to supply me with a loan.
8. I did not supply any of the information he requested.
