Website advertises providing doctor consultations and phentermine prescriptions online through an FDA, legally approved process. However, I was sent counterfeit medication. The company is unable to provide me the name of the pharmacy these "pills" came from, the name of the pharmacist or a phone number for a pharmacist which is required for a legal prescription. The license numbers of the prescribing doctors are not provided on the website and the physical address of the alleged clinic appears to be a residential home.
