When Googling "Alaska Airlines customer service" on my cell phone, they come up with the number (877) 600-0409 but the real number called is +1 (877) 577-0253. I was attempting to add a credit to my flight so they asked for credit card info including security code. When explaining this was a credit and not a credit card they seemed confused. They then hung up after I pressed them about getting a supervisor.
