I called what I thought was technical support for Dragon naturally speaking 15 a voice-to-text software. The person who answered the phone identified themselves as a customer support representative from Dragon. He asked me for some information like my name, email. Then proceded to ask me if I was the "Admin" for the computer, he instructed me to install teamviewer and give him access. Once he remoted in he opned a tab on crome and copied and pasted a link with an executable file under this domain https://www.knowbrainer.com/

Then he directed me to this website https://shop.webworkservicesllc.com/ to purchace the program and a years worth of tecnical support.

I have a licences that allows me to install the software 4 times at no adtional cost, unkown to the scammer.
