I have placed multiple preorders and been charged for multiple orders that the company never recieved allocations for. The company has admitted to overselling preorder allocations and holding money and never fulfilling orders. Atleast 7 pokemon TCG preorders were placed and funds held. Never notified of lack of stock until I called wondering where products were. This was over a span of atleast 6 months.
