Keep receiving emails

Keep receiving emails saying my transaction via an online shopping site isn't successful and they refunded the amount in my account. I don't remember having transaction.

I receive another email saying my transaction payment with a (code given by them ) is not successful .They include link for instruction. I dont have recent transaction. I only have goverment document i havent claimed but successfully paid almost ayear ago.I check it anyway there's no instruction provided except a link direct to coins ph . so I doubt it.
