I received a call from someone named Cameron when I return to call to see if they will be helpful with the process of writing off my student loans because they pretended to be fed student loan assistance when in reality they are debt collectors. Then I spoke to someone named Steven and we set up the process and all this time I'm still being led to believe that this was fed student loan agency so I agree to pay a fee to process my student loan application repayment I was told that I would be allowed to Payless which was about almost $5,000 less than what I owed so I agreed to the process be aware that I was still thinking that I was speaking with a federal agency so they scam me for over $700 if you receive calls from these people these are not federal agencies are private company that handle debt collection by the way they are misleading
