Type of a scam Online Purchase
On November 3, 2022, I called Paypal and spoke to a customer service agent who agreed the photo CZ Lakes International submitted as the home they delivered to was NOT my house, nor was the envelope big enough to support a shipment of a ceramic football stadium chip and dip tray/bowl. The customer service agent was kind enough to submit an appeal for my refund. Later that same night I received another email from Paypal again denying my refund because CZ Lakes International once again submitted a fake tracking number, that does not even work in the FedEx tracking system, along with the same WRONG house that a tiny white envelope was delivered to.
On November 26, I spoke to Earl, a manager at Paypal Credit. When I started explaining what happened, he hung up on me so I called Customer Care back. I called back and spoke to Will who reopened the case for the 5th time. I informed him I am filing arbitration and small claims.
