Dream Beach Getaways Reports & Reviews (6)

I won't reiterate what everyone else has said above, but I received the exact same experience. I dealt with Nicole Bray there too and she lied to me as did multiple other people there. DO NOT do business with them. They told me I'd have access to the Ritz Carlton at sites all over the US, to no avail. Amazing how unethical people are even when you ask them if it's too good to be true...Very sad!

Unfortunately I was talked into getting this "great vacation deal" but when it came time for me to make reservations, there is alway NO availability. They first promised me Palm Springs before end of 2022 then when I tried to book they said they do not have any openings until Summer of 2023 - maybe. Then I tried to make reservations for Daytona Beach, Florida for May or June 2023 and again NO availability. I have tried multiple dates and multiple locations and none is available. I am beginning to think it is a scam. I tried to disputing with my credit card company but they were told it is Non-Refundable and All Sales are Final but what if they cannot provide the product or service that is promised? I wish we can take them to smalls claims court but conveniently they are in Mexico so are we out of luck? Can we all band together and do a Class Action Suit?

As I read this, I was provided insightful information from Wells Fargo fraud disputes, as they also said the same about Non-Refundable sales and they apparently aren't liable for consumer fraud at this level of 'contract agreements'.

The information they gave me is https://trinityresortservices.com/ and the customer support number that is on their web page. I'm on the phone with them as I type this. They told me they are the processing party transacting all the Dream Beach Getaway sales, but do not provide reservations for them. They are creating a report and escalating it to them directly... saying I will be contacted within 2 days. I doubt this will happen but the address of the entity is 815 Pilot Rd. Ste. B Las Vegas, NV. 89119.
It seems to me this company would be liable and they are state side to receive legal summons, but I'm not sure this address is a mail forwarding or physical. An attorney would know better about making an effort on this matter. I hope this helps and please include me in the class action pool if so.

I was contacted by Michael Garcia with an offer for a dream vacation we were on the phone for quite some time Michael said he was on a
recorded line. We were discounted several times Michael called back several times we came to an agreement about a vacation and
several bonuses, I was told by Michael I would have choices of packages which was all-inclusive for 6 days and 5 nights in Miami USA
and resorts in the USA and other destination outside of the USA The legal verification was done by Nicole Bray Verification Legal Officer
with the processing of my credit card information and my legal ID she sent me a certificate and I requested the certificate to be more
specific and a colleague of hers resent me the certificate with my full legal name and a better explanation of the bonuses on it. The total
cost was $1,999.00 according to my receipt I received from Nicole Once my certificate was issued and I was instructed I could make a
reservation. So I proceeded to contact the Reservation Department their processing system takes 24-48 hours Requesting a resort in
Miami FL. I was contacted back by email Thank you for your reservation request to Miami, Florida for February 11th, 2023. The company
sent me a brochure of different destinations in the USA and all of them were for accommodation only I also received a phone call from by
Betty Glass Reservation Specialist and was informed the Information I received over the phone from Michael was incorrect the company
no longer had agreements with resorts in Miami FL and the destination in the USA only included the accommodation was not all-inclusive
and the average stay was 4 days and 3 nights Since I was misled by the Information I received from Michael. If I was aware of the
destination from the start before I agreed to the package I would never agreed to buy The vacation. So my request is to be reimbursed or
refunded my money to my credit card in the full amount including the additional amount my card was charged for the exchange rate
which was not disclosed with my receipt from Nichole I contact American Express and explain the full situation and my dissatisfaction I
sent them the agreement and the receipt I received from your company and put in a dispute They will be contacting you as well.
Requesting the recording of my original conversation with Michael So sorry this had to come to this but if your company and your
representative would have given the correct information then maybe you would have had a happy customer Very disappointed with your
sales approach Best wishes Bridget Gallagher Gross MEMBERSHIP: (1x) 6 days 5 nights All Inclusive Resort for 2 Adults 2 Children 12

This was the standard holiday scam with too-good-to-be-true prices and a hard sell to get your credit card info. The more I resisted, the more they kept lowering the prices.

I believe it's the same outfit as https://www.scampulse.com/global-hotels-international-reviews

I've been getting a lot of calls from global hotels international in the past few weeks, once I tried to "get" the vacation package they were offering and the price was $1,499 I believe and all of the sudden they dropped the price to $800 and added more accomodation, they just wanted me to give4 my credit card info right away!

Even tho their website looked sketchy and I said NO, they kept calling me but now under the alias DREAM BEACH TRAVEL!

Again, the price and packages were exactly the same, even the same script and their website is now new but it looks a lot like the previos one from hotels intl, PLEASE PEOPLE NEVER GIVE YOUR BANK INFO OVER THE PHONE! THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM, I KNOW PEOPLE MIGHT BE FALLING FOR IT and I know they're just gonna change their "company" name again or might have fraudulent calls with even other names already.

This website is dreambeachgetaways.com and you can just tell it is the same type of website, be aware please.

Also, you might get the call as is Costco Travel/ Air Canada is calling but just go to their websites and they even state this is a scam call, they cannot reach you to offer promotions like this.
