Caller named himself as David Walker, when I asked him if he knew he was speaking to he told me that he would get that information from me shortly. When I said I didn't sign up for anything, he hung up. I called the number back and was greeted by the same man as before. I then demanded to speak to a manager for "poor customer service". He said I can hit 4 but once again, I requested a manager because he should be able to transfer me directly. He replied that his manager was very busy meanwhile I can hear people laughing in the background. I called him out on his bluff and the caller once again hung up.
