they insert their ad in yahoo home page and use celebrities to endorse their face creams. they tell you to get free samples and pay just shipping and handling to get your credit card number in a pre-filled box with the address and credit card information space. there are around 12 other pages and it is on the last page that they have the terms of condition.

however, nowhere in the pre-filled box did you sign up for monthly subscription meaning there was no contract stated in that box for your consent; not even a fine print!

my bank rightfully credited my money back to me but now they are counter demanding the money back!!!

The company lures customers with a $4.99 trial. Without warning, you are signed up to a subscription service at nearly $90 per month. The company does not clearly inform users that they are being signed up for the subscription. This language is only in the fine-print of the web site. Since this product pops up on partner web sites, there is no obvious place to view the terms of the initial trial. Hopefully this company has been disbanded, as their web site no longer exists. The customer service was awful. I called five minutes after the initial subscription was paid, and they were insistent on no refunds. If this was an ethical company, they would want informed consumers. If they were confident in their product, they would have to use deceptive business practices to sell it. The people who work here were scraped from the bottom of the barrel; the lowest of the low.

This is a scam- my elderly mother thought she was paying 4.99 for a sample of this product and has now been billed 89.00 t ice on her visa! She is on a limited income and is not able to continue this. She signed NOTHING or gave them no indication she was signing up for a monthly product but they are not refunding her monies. We need help stopping this from going forward- and to Stop them fraudulently signing people up for something they did NOT sign up for.
