I was looking for a weighted knitted blanket as a Christmas present. I came across Dream Weave on google, and it was only about the third or fourth option from the top, so I immediately trusted the website. The website looks legit, through and through. I purchased a king size 25lb Misty Gray weighted knitted blanket on Nov 24, 2023, 8:53?PM. I received the package on Dec 14, 2023. I opened the suspiciously small and light package to check it, only to find that I was sent a knitted piece of fabric about the size of a hand towel. I have attempted to contact them multiple times through their support email and their website, with not a peep from their support team, even though the website says they have support 24/7. Also, there is no phone number that I can find to try to contact them in that matter. I emailed them and used their support on the website immediately that same day, and have sent a follow up email today, Dec 19th.
