I reached out to dreambulldogs.com site for the purchase of an English bulldog. Initially everything seemed legit. I was asked appropriate caring questions and even signed a contract. After they received the money in full I was unable to reach them. I paid $1500 for a puppy and never received one. The puppy breeder is supposedly located in Houston TX. The site has since been changed and is now updated with a new contact phone number from the original one that I used to contact them. The use Zelle App for paying. Supposedly the guys name is David .
