Package was coming from China. There were tracking updates. I paid for express shipping. The package never came but says it was delivered. No picture proof. Property security cameras show it was never delivered. I went to the post office and they told me they do not have the package and it was a fraudulent tracking number. I’ve asked for a refund and was told “ if you do not receive the package, please go to the post office to issue a certificate of loss. Once provided to us, we will verify and request a refund for you.” Then I was told “if you cannot provide proof of the lost package, we can only offer you 10% of the order value as compensation. The compensation will be refunded to your account according to the original payment method. What do you think?”
