Type of a scam Online Purchase
I had questions regarding how to track my order and it would send me to Paypal. I set up an account thinking that this would be how I can track my order as well as put in my discount code and get the additional 10% off. There was nothing on the Paypal site to do either.
I reached out several times to the email address (Merchant-Jeremy Vickers): [email protected] and also on the Pompousshop.online website. I could send messages out, but would never receive messages back? Then I found another Dreamuhome website that had another email address to contact: [email protected] so I emailed them and still no response.
I checked my bank account and saw that they pulled the money out, but on the website it still said pending. I then put the tracking number in Google and found out that my order was already delivered the day before I made the purchase. I then called the Post office and she told me that I got scammed and that they were using an old tracking number and told me the address where they sent my order.
I pulled all my money from my bank account, closed card and now I am on hold waiting for the claims department to see if I can get a refund. This is so inconvenient and frustrating. I was looking forward to riding my bike and pulling my dog in the trailer, but now I have to wait longer. I hope that we can stop these people from stealing our money and wasting our time.
I am going to research websites before I order from a site again. I am also going to report this to the police and give them as much information as I can.
