I ordered a deluxe Christmas projector on the 1st of December 2020 which supposedly had 6 different video clips from famous movies eg:Elf... that projected across the front of your house, after several emails to Dreamxin support asking them where my parcel is, and them replying to just wait a bit longer, 80 days later I received a cheap projector with several image slides of snowflakes and Santa's etc... Not the item I paid for, and 60 days later than promised, again sending this back won't be financially beneficial and yet again this company is still up and running taking advantage of 1, 000's of people and making a fortune in the process, if this is illegal activity, how on earth are they still getting away with it?

My case was denied by PayPal because I wouldn't return the "fire pit scam" back to China...for much more than the $62.98. I sent them numerous items, one was the fire pit that is now on facebook that IS the real fire pit the "Solo Stove" that is more than $200. the following sailor language has been made invisible... :-{ though the email from PayPal is below:

I bought a couple flashlights they weren’t super expensive so my expectations were low still paid over $60 for them I actually received 2 flashlights but of course not the right ones they look like a $5 dollar light you would see in a gas station plus all the writing is in Chinese not cool argued with them they tried to settle for $20 sent to me I refused wanted a full refund no luck I get the same answers back send it back and pay for shipping nope I usually do my research it was a impulse buy thought my father in law would like it

It is a total scam, my bf was also victim of it! He ordered an arcade machine and what he got was a tiny plastic toy. When he complained, they tried several ways to get their way. It is incredible how these people make business. Shame on them!

There are three company names associated with this scam. Putoco.com which is the storefront. Dreamxin.com which is the email domain Putoco uses and Sunlight which is the Seller name referenced by PayPal who I paid through.

I ordered a product from them which was advertised as an "all metal 4-cylinder engine model". What I received was a bunch of random plastic bits in a plastic bag. They refuse to refund my money unless I first ship back what I received at my cost. I offered to ship it back if they sent me a shipping label but that I should not have to pay anything for their error. They refused.

I'm afraid that I have been scammed by this website, I got the same message from them, return the package?, I've never received the item, then say we will refund half of the money etc, then ask if you like a small cheap toy as a replacement, sadly I know I won't see my money again

Bought through face book but paid via pay pal. Even paid extra for faster delivery. I have not received my goods but as I paid through PayPal I will raise a full complaint and get a full refund what a scam this is. FB should not allow them to advertise

Similar to other complaints. Ordered products through a Facebook ad. Shipping said 10-20 days. After filing a dispute for not receiving the products the company argued with me for months. They offered to refund me $10 for apology and to keep the items, which I hadn’t even received. Asked for full refund, they denied stating I have to return the items, again that I hadn’t received. Said I would also have to pay the return shipment, and it would be more. Eventually told me I could refuse the shipment and it would be returned to them, but no signature was required and this was left on the porch 83 days after purchase. To make matters worse what I received was NOT what was advertised. Now they offer me $20 refund to keep. Disputed with PayPal and they state I will only get a full refund once I return the items and I have to pay return shipping. The company is a complete scam. Do not order from them. 100% money back, easy returns, money protected by PayPal. All lies.

Exactly the same experience as above. Facebook and Paypal should be liable for letting these SCAMS play people on their sites. PayPal is supposedly a secure way to pay but they will send your money to ANYONE and their resolution center is CRAP. They denied my claim even when I had an e-mail from the seller apologizing for their package "getting lost"!
