I ordered a sweater from dreamytrue.com off of Facebook and never received the sweater. I habe emailed dreamytrue over 10 times now stating the order was never received. I even had OnTrac (their delivery carrier) open an investigation. After 3 days they got back to me stating that the delivery guy left the sweater outside the door of the leasing office on the street and told me to contact dreamytrue for a refund. After explaining this over 10 times they still are saying it was delivered and will not issue me a refund. Horrible company! Do Not Order From Dreamytrue!!!
