I ordered a screen magnifier for my cell phone and paid the 2-5 day expedited shipping on Dec 19th, 2019. I recieved a bogus tracking number for DHL. Product never arrived. I have emailed them repeatedly, recieved no answer. I tried calling their support number and it claims the voice mailbox is full. They even claim to be members of the BBB.

Ordered product online. Product never shipped. No one responds to email inquiries. 800# is not answered. Can't leave a message because the mailbox is full.
