14 year old child used his debit card to order two bracelets. When the bracelets were received, they were bubble gum, machine quality, and they broke on the first day. He reported it and they said they would send two more with a six dollar fee and they sent them and they broke again but they also charged him another $50 for the replacement bracelets without permission. Then we noticed that they were charging a recurring fee of $24.95 per month for two months without permission.. we have had to cancel his bank card
