I ordered clorox xtra blue 40 pound 80 tab pool & Spa 3 inch long lasting tablets on the 13th of August 2021. The payment cleared Mastercard credit card on the 14th of August 2021, DRTEHA 6415414063, OH. I would like to know when and if the product will be shipped and when to expect it. There has not been any shipping information sent to me. It is now the 22nd August 2021 with no communication from your side. As of this date if there is no response from you very shortly, I will notify the card company of your negligence.

email - ******************* send from ******************* The tracking number went to someplace in china who sent a small plastic shipping envelope that i refuse to open. A picture is enclosed, it definately is not what was ordered. I have also processed the problem through my credit card and received a refund. The company processes the payment then arranges to have some type of a tidbit item sent from China. From my research, I am not the only one who they have treated this way.
