I ordered a dress from this online boutique. When it arrived, it was of the worst quality imaginable. The seams had been ripped and re-sewn, very poorly, the zipper was sewn in crooked, there are holes in the seam, and the material was not what was described. I contacted their service department to request a refund and they offered me a partial cash payment. This sounded very odd. I replied that due to the terribly poor quality of the garment, I required a full refund. They never replied to several emails after that.
