They advertise on Facebook, I ordered two different items from them and they were never delivered. The money is deducted from my bank account, the package doesn't arrive, there is no contact numbers for the company. When you go to the website and click customer service it prompts you to another web page and says you can "chat online" but never allows you to do so.

I ordered two bathing suits 2 weeks ago, and never got them. Delivery first of all said 7-14 days. I went to track my package, there was NO package found. and I called 2 places looking for my package. DHL and USPS. Neither have my package. DHL said they received notification that I orederd it but never actually got it, and there is absoultly sonthing in the USPS system. I tried to contact them, there is no phone number to call, and when you email you get an automated message.

After placing order with the use of a credit card they emailed me and required that I send them a copy of 1) passport, 2) copy of credit, 3) My picture on a credit card.

I told them I would not and they cancelled my order. I told them I would use PayPal then said I would still need al the proof as before.

I have all the email they sent.

I used American Express. I have called American Express and cancelled the charge.

The website advertises low price clothing and seems to target young women. My daughter thought the website was legit because they have numerous facebook reviews. She paid $25 for various clothing items and although we received an email stating the package was shipped, it hasn't arrived yet and I suspect it never will.

She lost $25 from an Easter gift card and is heartbroken about this incident. There are thousands of people in the U.S. being scammed by this Chinese company and it should be forced out of business.

I ordered something and Gabe my credit card info and never received the order and there is NO real way to contact this company back. I have tried

Dresslily online. They appear to be in the US but items ship from Asia. They shipped me bad merchandise and their return form is not working. They sent me damaged and duplicate merchadise and now are charging me again and reshipping merchandise I already received.

The website fail to deliver purchase items and blames the missing items on the shipping company refusal to deliver the item

Dresslily.com is a sight for shopping for clothes and shoes and you place an order with them and they never ship it and when you try and contact customer service they never reply and everybody under the reviews saying the same thing I mean I have tried to contact them several times and no response i ordered my merchandise on december twelth this year and has not even got a shipping number.

DressLily has a Facebook page and sponsors ads that have trendy, very inexpensive clothing items for sale. I clicked on the item and selected what I wanted (similar to what I've done with other Facebook ordering sites), and I purchased a gray, crochet sleeved shirt. Granted, it was only about $15, total, but I have waited and waited and waited for my order to arrive. I received one notification email saying my order had shipped. And I received a tracking code for China post. I used it a few times to check in, but it never really gave me much information about where my package actually was. In fact, it's still "in transit," as it has been for the last few months. Their site says it will take 10-25 days to arrive once shipped. I contacted them several times about the status, with no response. So I am reporting them, because I bet others have had similar negative experiences with this group.

They offer merchandise for sale and get account info and charge them but they dont ever send out the merchandise. After googling them I see they do this to everyone.

I bought 2 coats at first from this site.

They ask for a photocopy of my drivers license (I hid my file’s number) and for a copy of my credit card (I let only the 4 last digits). That is illegal.



Before waiting for my order, a friend wanted to shop in web. We went there and I made an other order.



The only proof of a package for shipment, is a ridiculous photo of a big grey plastic bag, wrapped sloppily with tape. The "tracking information" shows the package "leaving China".



I received my items. I laughed so hard for 30 minutes, I forgot I got scammed. Fabric is nylon instead of wool, the faux fur looks like a dead rat, the wholes for the buttons are not done and so on, I can continue listing all night long. I cannot imagine what I will receive on 2nd order.

No labeling in the clothes indicates the material and where it comes from, that is illegal too.



I reviewed (on their website) the order I got. They never posted it. They post only good reviews (think they make them).

I tried to open a ticket, never be able to, you have to enter a code (to see you are not a computer) and I always fail entering the numbers.

I tought: I’ll try the chat... Never open. Always closed.

I went in their Facebook page. Then I saw all the bad reviews.

I private messaged them to tell how bad the coats are.

They said: I’m so sorry, you have to make the holes yourself. And offered me 5% rebate on my next purchase.

I commented on some of their posts and replied to unsatisfied people (on their FB page).

The next morning I saw they blocked me.



I have reported them to the fraud dispute department at Master Card Canada and on CAFC (anti fraud Canada).

I sent something to Facebook too cause I saw the ad there.

Will also report them elsewhere, it has to stop.



Since 3 days, I am opening new Facebook accounts and I am warning ppl to not buy from them.

They block me EVERYDAY. I will continue to do that until they reimburse my orders.

This site advertised on Facebook clothing for sale. The site then allows you to choose a size and color. It collects your credit card info and charges you for the items and shipping. However they never send you the product. There is no phone number and the emails go unanswered. I placed this order 3 months ago without receiving anything.
