Ordered NFL shirts from ad on Facebook. It shows a legitimate sites name (Etsy) so I thought it was ok. Upon inquiring to them at the only way to contact them, [email protected], they send you to a bogus tracking site. I also found that there is no physical address or phone number. It shows China as the place the order was placed to. Says 1-3 days shipping, it's been 1 month. Then I get an email stating there is a delivery issue and they want .30 for redelivery. USPS does not work this way. I called the post office. I sent these people an email stating I want my money back. I will be contacting my bank today!

Seen ad for overstocked NFL jerseys, sweatshirts, etc. and that they were selling them at a great discount. I also noticed the "Etsy" name at the top of the page it takes you to. I've been on Etsy before so I was thinking this was somehow an offshoot of them. I ordered five shirts I believe it was. I received an order number and then 1-2 days later I received an email stating my items have shipped. However, when I clicked on the tracking number it takes you to some supposed company, not fed ex, ups, or any of them. Then when I put the tracking number in, it says "Not Found". Well that's great. So I then looked for a customer service number or address - none. All you see is an email address. So I emailed to it, but as if yet i.hsvent received a reply. This all started 2-3 days ago. Now I'm thinking I should contact my bank & cancel this bank card before they start taking money off of it like I've had companies do in the past. Wonderful...
