This company claimed to be an appliance repair company that took our credit card information to secure a premium home service subscription which would allow for us to have appliance repair covered for a year with a lower rate. After receiving our payment, and promising a time to show up for repair, they never sent a technician to our home. After several emails and phone calls made by the home owner, the company refused to issue a refund for a service they never provided.
