Technicians do not show. They try to sell you a membership which they collect up front and promise discounts on future service. The problem is they don’t show up. I did not buy the membership but based on google reviews many have. They just don’t come if you don’t buy the membership and even if you do, I’m reading that they still don’t show. They don’t even call to tell you.
