Type of a scam: Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam

I did sign an agreement with Drexel Hereford and have had many negative things occur. I have in writing after I signed that they believe they are co-heirs and I cannot live in my family property without paying rent or doing repairs without their okay. I did not sign up for them to run my life. They sold me on being a "One Stop Shop". I currently cannot get part of my inheritance money disbursement because of them even though the law in my state says it is time. Run from heir finders even if you don't know the slightest amount of probate. They do not reveal themselves in that simple agreement.

Had a relative passway in Jan 2022; and this person calls me, unsolicited and then claims that I was the decendant of a long lost relative that i had no idea about; and they had revealed their extensive research that I was due to inherit my families portion of this person and they wanted me to sign up and confirm I had received the Fedex material they sent both myself and my sister; claiming estate recovery investigator services were in my interest to assist in making a claim... When in fact this is black and white public record; and I was responsibe party that arranged for final disposition of said relative... This guy tells me, who my Grandfather, Father and relatives were wanting me to engage their services... When I called them out and said no thanks, this guy called me an "Old White Guy" kept insulting me trying to convience me I needed them...
