I was hired as a Brand Ambassador by DrinkHurray.com to conduct in-store alcohol tastings and product demos. As part of my role, I was required to purchase the alcohol product upfront for each event. The company’s agreement was that I would be reimbursed at the end of each month for the cost of the product, hours worked, and mileage/gas expenses.

I completed my assigned demos as scheduled and submitted all required documentation, including receipts, hours worked, and mileage reports. However, I have not received any reimbursement or payment for work completed beginning in January 2026. The total amount owed is $657.

Despite following up via email to [email protected], payment for my wages and expenses remains outstanding. I am seeking full reimbursement for all unpaid hours, mileage, and product purchases as previously agreed upon.
