Order a product and never recieved it, contacted customer service multiple times and no response and have seen other have the same issue. This company needs to be shut down or pay the money back to the people who trusted them

I had been looking at jewelry on a few sites then as I’m on Facebook I come across this ad for a free chain. Of course free is too good to be true but I figured if I only have to pay shipping then I can at least see the qua of the product. This was on October 11, 2020. I’ve emailed the company with no answer as to when it be shipped. It still only says that I have placed an order. I attempted to yo cancel it but they said I couldn’t because shipping had already been paid for yet there was nothing being shipped. Today is November 20,2020.
