Looking for a way to supplement my income without having to put in a lot of extra time. I drive 100 miles per day, so this seemed like a logical method to advertise ad reap the benefits of a referral. The "signup" radio button was the method to get contact information. A woman called and explained that I would be paid whenever someone signed up and actually paid for service. In the meantime I would get a signup bonus for putting the decal on my car and providing proof it was in place. She also explained about the annual fee in the letter attached, however, it became due before I received the decal. She did ask for more money to provide a specific number for my account, and suggested I should pay more money up front for something else I decided I could do without. No followup from anyone in person since then, no response at any phone number provided.
