SCAMMERS

Doesn’t charge. Screen doesn’t work. Back up camera doesn’t work. Total waste of $150. Won’t refund because item was on “sale” but it’s always on sale so you will never get a refund from these people. Currently it’s on sale for $140 which is less than I paid on “sale”. Awful customer service. Never respond despite many complaints. They make up excuses for every reason it’s not working. Don’t buy anything from this seller.

I saw a TikTok ad for a drive play device. I clicked it, it seemed legit. I purchased the set up for $159.00 I received it and it doesn’t work… they have only an email no phone number to call. They have a 30 day return window but they do not respond to your email about the return, they ignore you. I’ve contacted them four times.. no response. They scammed me with a broken product and will not help or refund me. SCAMMERS.

Exact same thing happened to me also. I’m guessing they told you “no refund for return because it was on ‘sale’ when you bought it”. They screen only works sometimes, it doesn’t charge with cigarette lighter port even though it charges other items. The back up camera doesn’t work because when I put it in reverse a black and white striped screen comes up and can’t see anything. It took 2 weeks just to connect to my car play. Customer service is a joke! Reporting them to BBB.
