Reviewing elderly parents' credit card charges. Noticed monthly charge of $9.99 for this company but no software is apparent on the computer. Called phone # and got recording. Site appears to have no updates since 2020 or earlier. Googled site and numerous individuals claim it is a scam site. Contacted credit card company to stop payments, report to fraud department, and provide refunds for past charges, if possible.

Reporting this to you so you can investigate and be aware of the possible scam.
