I have no idea how this party got my credit card information but they billed me $9.99 on my February statement with American Express. I did not allow them to charge my account nor I did I ever speak with anyone from that party or remember allowing anyone access to my credit card information. This company / party has a telephone number but it instructs you to make all contacts through the website driversupport.com. There is no person you can talk with. What a scam
