We hired Aspect Paving and Masonry to do asphalt paving and paver installation. The owner presented himself as licensed and insured for Home Improvement. He talked a good game, listened to what we wanted, and made recommendations. They started work and once they had the full payment, they never returned to finish. And the parts that were done were completed poorly, and we eventually had to hire another company to finish it when he ran away with our money and dropped all communication. The business claims to be licensed and insured but they are lying. They don't have a contractor license in NY or NJ.
